On the afternoon of January 5, 2020, Chairman Cui Yaozu and operation director Shen Hongxing of Sinobridges headquarters exchanged views and discussed opportunities for cooperation in Laos with general manager zhu of Lao national fire protection corporation.
Mr. Zhu first briefed Mr. Cui the details of the cooperation between Lao National Fire Protection Corporation and relevant departments in Laos in the production and sale of professional fire protection equipment and the economy, society and culture of Laos.
Chairman Cui Yaozu introduced the functions and missions of “The Belt and Road ”Research Institute and The Belt and Road international cooperation development fund as well as the business sectors of the headquarters and the overseas branch centers. Through exchanges and consultations, Chairman Cui Yaozu put forth the following proposals:
1. The cooperation can be carried out mainly by the two or three parties. An entity can be set up for the operations as a team. The cause can be initiated between China and Laos in such fields as human resources, international economic project consultation and international cultural and educational exchanges.
2. Sinobridge takes the lead in the development of various projects of the Belt and Road, and the partner integrates the superior resources of the Lao government, institutions and relevant departments to ensure the smooth operation of our businesses;
3. In order to promote practical cooperation and protect the interests of all parties, a joint venture company shall be set up in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of Laos.
Zhu fully agreed with Chairman Cui's proposals and would immediately conduct relevant research to promote pragmatic cooperation, mutual benefit and common development after returning to Laos.
